Mission

The Housatonic the Beautiful Fund (HTB) is a community-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to preserving and protecting Housatonicıs treasures and quality of life while achieving the vision that village residents hold for the future.
Some of its achievements throughout the past ten years include the cleaning and refurbishment of a very popular and longstanding natural swimming pool on the Williamsville River (Old Maid's), the creation of recreational facilities in the village center (basketball courts and an ice-skating rink), the development of plans for a village common, the implementation of a tree planning and education grant, and annual village clean-ups.
HTB is in the process of reorganizing and fortifying the group and cultivating future projects.
