Become a vendor
Who should submit a vendor application?
Any organizations, food vendors, or craftspeople who want to reserve a space at the Party in the Park at the Housatonic Commons on June 13, 2026, featuring 5-7 performances with expected attendance between 900 and 1200 community members.
What can I expect as a vendor?
Load in between 11am and 11:45am. Vendor parking behind Common and Garden. Location will be determined by vendor requirements. Vendors bring their own tents, tables, chairs, not to exceed 10x10 ft space. Free public wifi available.
How much does it cost?
Nonprofits: $25*
Everyone Else: $75*

Housatonic the Beautiful Fund is a 503(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to the development, improvement and beautification of Housatonic, MA.
